Publishing process of Redgrab Books

Submission : STEP 1

The Redgrab Books Pvt. Ltd (RGBPL) receives submission from Author for publishing his work.

Submission : STEP 2

In the first phase of review, the editorial board goes through the submission & if manuscript seems interesting, then only in the second phase, we ask for your complete manuscript and other details.

Submission : STEP 3

After that our editorial goes through the complete submission thoroughly in all senses then only we let you know whether your submission got accepted or denied. This complete process takes 7-8 working days.

If the Author doesn’t get any response within 10 working days then take confirmation by sending an Email whether RGBPL have got your submission or not.
RGBPL considers manuscripts only if they are typed electronically, edited by a professional editor and proofread by a professional proofreader. Such a refined manuscript is referred to as a ‘Ready draft for publisher’ file. The responsibility of providing a ‘Ready draft for publisher’ file is of Author solely.
After receiving the manuscript, the publication house makes decision to proceed with the publishing process based on the content quality or plot of the submitted manuscript. In case the manuscript is not received in ‘Ready draft for Publisher’ format, the manuscript will be returned to the author to re-work on proofreading and editing, so that author can re-submit the same.

Submission : STEP 4

If your submission gets accepted then RGBPL shall share the link of ‘PUBLISHER-AUTHOR AGREEMENT’ with the Author.

Author goes through the agreement and if he/she accepts the terms & conditions then he/she will fill the form and e-sign the agreement.

As soon as both (Publisher & Author) complete the agreement signing formalities, the submission part will be over and your book will be shifted to pre-publishing stage.

Pre-publishing stage : STEP 1

If the RGBPL is satisfied with it. Then the RGBPL`s team starts pre-publishing work as per standards followed at RGBPL.

Pre-publishing stage : STEP 2

The Author has to check the ‘Final to Publish Draft’ thoroughly before authors own approval based on all factors such as proofreading, structure, text placement on the page, etc.

As soon as author are done with approval formalities, the pre-publishing part is over and your book will be shifted to publishing stage.
