Salt and Pepper is the first novel by Mr. Uttam Chakraborty. He belongs to a family of professionals with both his parents’ retired railway employees. Mr. Uttam Chakraborty has done a Master's in Computer Science currently working in the Credit Section of a Public Sector Bank. He loves reading books, watching movies listening to music, and cooking. Previously he used to play cricket and dreamt of becoming a cricketer but it did not happen, so he watches cricket on TV nowadays. Salt & Pepper is a story of 2 unlikely couples and the challenges they face in life. The author has tried to deal with human emotions in a very realistic manner. The readers will be able to associate themselves with the characters of this book. The book is the story of life and the different paths in which life can present itself.
